How does setup work?
Accounts, roles and brands are configured together, and your existing route plan in Excel is uploaded as is. We set the go-live date together based on the size of your team.
Where is our data stored?
Servers and database are in Türkiye, connections are encrypted and each company's data is open only to that company. Backups are taken every day. Details are on the Security page.
Does it work in stores without internet?
Yes. Photos and brand records are kept on the phone and sent automatically when the connection is back; your team keeps working without waiting for signal.
How do brands follow the field work?
From the mobile app, a brand manager follows their brand's stores for the day, visit statuses and photos live, and messages the field team directly. No more weekly decks to prepare.
Which phones are supported?
iPhones on iOS 15.1 or later and Android phones on Android 7.0 or later. Location and camera permissions are required. The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
